Ana Laura Arvizu García

• Ana Laura trained at the I-Namic Institute in Jalapa, Veracruz and became an Integrative Body Psychotherapist. Her training is based fundamentally on Pathwork, Gestalt psychology, Core energetics and Bioenergetics. She studied under the direction of Dr. Miguel Angel Torres Torres.

She is a practitioner of Boyesen Massage certified by the Gerda Boyesen International Institute in Germany.

Ana Laura also has the following background:

• Reiki practitioner trained by Rami Rion.
• Specialization and Master’s degree in Floral Therapy, trained by Eduardo Grecco, one of the most important experts in Floral Therapy nowadays.
• Chi Kung practitioner trained by Professor Eduardo Garcia Osegueda.
• Diploma in Couple Counseling by the Sowelu Family Constellations Institute, where she is also training as a family constellator.
• She was the National Training Manager of L’Oreal, Mexico.
• In addition, she has participated in different seminars, workshops and international events offered by some of the most well-known therapists in Mexico and Europe, such as Miguel Angel Torres, Maye Arredondo, Lorena Figueroa, Ingala Robl, Rami Rion, Jose Luis Acuña, Eduardo Grecco and Mildreth Jiménez, among others.
